Talking to a friend or a family member can at times be difficult. That is because you are emotionally involved with that person and you might struggle to tell them how you really feel. Talking to a Clinical Psychologist allows you to express your feelings and to receive support in a non-judgmental setting where confidentiality is a must.
After an initial assessment, we will discuss together your treatment plan which will aim at improving your quality of life. The psychological approaches that will be applied are the ones recommended by the National Institute of Health for Clinical Excellence (NICE; UK).
